Training at stoba is an integral part of our corporate strategy and the 50 or so trainees we currently have are part of this. Our training programs are well-known locally and have received over 50 awards from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. This year, the trainees once again achieved very good results in their final exams, which is why stoba was honored by the IHK for this training success. In addition, stoba has been able to accompany more than 300 trainees on their professional path since 1986.

Personal responsibility and practical relevance

You are part of the team right from the start, learn to take responsibility and work on your own projects time and again. Alice, industrial clerk apprentice, emphasizes: “Mutual trust and firm integration into the team are a matter of course. Since the start of my apprenticeship, I’ve felt taken seriously and have been allowed to work on tasks on my own, but I can also ask for help at any time if I need it.”

For Oliver, a second-year apprentice mechatronics technician, the special thing about training at stoba is that the trainees are encouraged and learn a lot right from the start. In addition to theory, there is plenty of practical instruction, and what they learn can be put into practice immediately in the departments. This also applies to our state-of-the-art training workshop, where you can learn hands-on and apply your knowledge directly.

International cooperation and intercultural skills

In the area of technical and industrial training, you have the opportunity to work in one of our sister plants abroad and gain valuable experience. We also offer language training to further strengthen your intercultural skills.
