In small, medium and large series from bar stock to blanks manufactured on CNC automatic lathes, transfer machines & 5axis machines with swivel rotary tables.

Processing areas:

• In small series: From Ø 900 mm to 1400 mm length
• In medium to large series: From Ø 4 mm to Ø 52 mm/ length up to 130 mm (as a blank up to 200 mm)
• Tensile strength up to 1,500 N/ mm²
• Shape and position tolerances with an accuracy of 0.002 mm
• Surface quality range from Rz max1, Ra 0.2 ; Pt max5
• Roundness accuracy of 0.002 mm
