Your tasks
Your training with our team is comprehensive and of high quality. We not only want to enable our trainees to acquire excellent specialist knowledge, but also to develop independent and strong personalities. To this end, we offer you individual and personal support throughout. We ensure that our trainees are motivated and enjoy their training courses through project-based learning content, active involvement in modern and innovative production facilities and the opportunity to work in our sister plants around the world. As a machine and plant operator, you will mainly work on production systems in metal and plastics technology, with assembly work and in maintenance. Dare to do it, we dare you!

- Structure of the training company
- Health and safety at work
- Environmental protection
- Allocation and handling of materials, supplies and auxiliary materials
- Operational and technical communication
- Planning and preparing work processes
- Testing
- Industry-specific production techniques
- Control and regulation technology
- Setting up and operating production systems
- Controlling the flow of materials
- Maintaining and inspecting machines and systems
- Carrying out quality assurance measures
The qualifications are to be taught with a focus on metal and plastics technology.
