We are growing and are looking for a quality technician to strengthen our quality team.
The work takes place in 3 shifts.
What you do
- Participate in the development/review of control plans
- Perform measurements, tests and evaluations of products according to control plans or production requirements
- Perform root cause analysis of manufacturing defects and complaints and propose corrective actions
- Participating in the inspection, analysis and testing of new products, defective products and modifications
- Evaluating and reporting measurement and analysis results
- Supporting quality engineers, other colleagues, production and other departments
- Preparation of workflows, procedures and other supporting documentation
- Product audits
What you bring with you
- At least a secondary school diploma in a technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in metrology/quality.
- Knowledge of metrology (simple gauges, mechanical inspection, preferably 3D).
- Knowledge of APQP procedures and techniques (process flow, FMEA, control plan).
- Knowledge of basic quality tools (SPC, histogram, control chart, cause-effect diagram, Ishikawa diagram, MSA, etc.).
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Punctuality, organization, independence, methodology, analytical thinking, initiative, assertiveness.
- Knowledge of the IATF standard is an advantage.
