Who we are
As the first and largest location of the international stoba Group, we have stood for precision that drives progress for 65 years. Our success is built on people who are masters of their craft and creative minds who make innovation the norm. Many of our specialists and managers began their careers at stoba with an apprenticeship —and they continuously pass on their knowledge to new cohorts of apprentices and colleagues.

Apprenticeships with a Long Tradition
For over 40 years, stoba has been successfully providing apprenticeships in Backnang. Many of our current specialists and managers began their professional careers right here. Every September, we reopen applications for our seven apprenticeship programs.
