As a working student or mandatory intern (m/f/d) in the field of IT support, you will actively support our IT team and gain valuable practical experience in a modern industrial environment.
What you'll do
- You are part of our first level support and support the IT department in receiving and processing all IT-related inquiries.
- You ensure that our hardware is ready for use – by setting up, dismantling and setting up the devices.
- You set up user devices, hand them over to our colleagues and customize them.
- You take care of security requirements and keep our systems up to date with regular updates and patches.
- You will work on exciting IT projects – both locally and globally – and actively contribute your ideas.
What you can do
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and have a strong technical understanding.
- You are communicative, helpful and can explain even complex issues clearly.
- You are proactive and enjoy working in a team.
What you bring with you
- You are currently studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
- You have already gained some practical experience in IT support or a similar field.
- You would like to apply your knowledge in practice and develop your professional skills.
