What You'll Do

  • You will lead, organize, and oversee our major international projects across all plants, creating project and schedule plans as well as milestone assessments.
  • You will shape and optimize interdisciplinary project teamwork and implement new solutions.
  • As the technical point of contact, you serve as the liaison to our external partners and proactively maintain contact with all internal stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • You will monitor and request all relevant production documents and identify cost-effective technical solutions.
  • You are responsible for change management, including technical evaluation and cost estimation, and oversee the implementation.

What You Bring with you

  • You have a degree in a technical field (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar) or comparable education and training
  • You have experience as a project manager in a highly complex technical field.
  • You are fluent in English and willing to travel.
  • You have very good knowledge of the Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • You are proficient in common project management methods, such as work breakdown structuring, network analysis, milestone trend analysis, Lean Project Management, and related tools.
