Production Specialist (m/f/d)
What you'll do
- You not only look at the individual workpiece, but also design the optimal path from the inquiry to the finished product
- You plan production processes and clamping concepts and design them holistically
- You model complex components, optimize them for production and design individual fixtures and equipment
- You create and validate CNC programs for 5-axis simultaneous machining with maximum efficiency in mind
- You analyze process data to continuously increase OEE and implement lean methods
- You are also responsible for the operation, setup and programming (using Siemens Operate) of machining centers and produce small quantities with high accuracy
- You are responsible for the quality of the parts you produce
- You will carry out maintenance and cleaning work
What you can do
- You have a safe and independent handling of tools, tool changes, tool corrections and tool presettings
- You can read and understand technical drawings
- You are confident with common measuring equipment, ideally also with 3D measuring machines
- You have a high level of commitment and flexibility and are able to work under pressure
- You are a team player and reliable
- You are willing to travel if required
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a technician, industrial foreman or comparable training
- You already have experience in the areas of turning, milling, ECM and laser marking in metalworking
- You have a high level of quality awareness
- You have in-depth experience in the use of CAD software (ideally Solid Edge) as well as sound knowledge of CAM programming (ideally Solidcam) and process simulation.
