We are looking for reinforcement in the Facility Services department as soon as possible.

What you will do

  • You will operate and monitor building services systems, including building management systems, MSR technology, ventilation systems, and compressed air, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • You will plan, install, and assemble technical systems, in particular electrical, supply, and disposal systems, as well as control and regulation equipment.
  • You will carry out inspections, maintenance, and tests on the systems in accordance with maintenance schedules and manufacturer specifications.
  • You will read fault messages from the building management system, evaluate them professionally, acknowledge them, and rectify faults, including repairs and replacement of wear parts.
  • You will document all activities in fault, test, maintenance, and inspection reports.
  • You coordinate external service providers for maintenance and repair work.
  • You ensure operational safety by complying with occupational health and safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations.

What you bring with you

  • You have completed training as an HVAC technician, ideally with a focus on MSR technology, indoor air technology, refrigeration technology, or comparable qualifications.
  • You have sound interdisciplinary expertise in the field of technical building equipment.
  • You have good knowledge of control and regulation systems.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
