What you do:
- You check production documents for completeness and plan work processes
- You will carry out the commissioning, programming, running-in and retooling of highly complex measuring equipment with 3D spatial alignment such as coordinate measuring systems, form and position measuring systems
- You create measurement set-up schemes (rules) in test planning and series production (measurement strategies)
- You select the appropriate measuring method and develop or expand measuring programs
- You are responsible for the design and procurement of measuring equipment and required devices
- You coordinate measurement processes with the test and quality planning department
- You model and correct measurement deviations
- You carry out metrological tasks and work according to test plans and drawings
- You are responsible for the support, calibration, care and maintenance of metrological equipment as well as for the selection and calibration of the required instruments
- You carry out measurements of components in the project status
- You apply statistical methods (e.g. measurement system analysis)
- You are responsible for recording, documenting and evaluating measurement results in the project status
- You carry out measurement reconciliations with customers, project managers and production
What you can do:
- You have a strong technical understanding and analytical skills
- You are confident with modern PC standard software and metrological applications
- You work in a structured, careful and customer- and solution-oriented manner
- You work innovatively and independently
What you bring to the table:
- You have completed technical training or have a comparable qualification
- You already have several years of professional experience, preferably in measurement technology in an industrial environment
- You have experience in project management as well as in test and measurement planning (an advantage) You already have professional training or are willing to actively participate in it
- You are flexible and a team player
