What you do
- You will carry out the programming, operation and retooling of
different 3D coordinate measuring machines - You create measurement set-up schemes (rules) in test planning and series production (measurement strategies)
- You select the appropriate measuring method and develop or expand measuring programs
- You will be responsible for the design and procurement of measuring equipment and required devices
- Your area of responsibility includes test and quality planning
- You model and correct dimensional deviations with production
- You carry out metrological tasks and work according to drawing specifications
- You are responsible for the support, calibration, care and maintenance of metrological equipment as well as for the selection and calibration of the required measuring/testing equipment for new projects
- You carry out measurements of components in the project status (process/machine capability)
- You are responsible for the recording, documentation and evaluation of measurement results in the project and series status with synchronization of the customer database
- You create and adapt QM documents in your area (ISO 9001:2015)
- You carry out measurement comparisons with customers, project managers and production
- You create initial sample test reports according to VDA/customer specifications
What you can do
- You have a strong technical understanding and analytical skills
- You are confident with modern PC standard software and metrological applications, preferably with experience with Zeiss Calypso and Mitutoyo MCosmos
- You work in a structured, careful and customer- and solution-oriented manner
- You work innovatively, responsibly and independently
What you bring with you
- You have completed technical training or have a comparable qualification
- You already have several years of professional experience, preferably in measurement technology in an industrial environment
- You have experience in project management as well as in test and measurement planning (an advantage)
- You already have professional training or are willing to actively participate in it
- You are flexible and a team player
