What you'll do
- Program and operate 3D coordinate measuring machine Zeiss, Hexagon (Calypso software)
- Perform measurements of products, jigs and prototypes according to drawing documentation
- Use measuring instruments and tools (e.g. micrometers, calipers, 3D measuring instruments)
- Evaluate measurement results and create measurement reports
- Collaborate with production, development and quality departments to resolve deviations
- Perform maintenance and basic servicing of measurement equipment
- Support internal and external audits
What you bring with you
- High school / university degree in technical field (ideally mechanical engineering, metrology)
- Experience with CMM measurements, ideally on Zeiss machines
- Knowledge of Calypso software (preferably offline programming), PC-DMIS and Quindoss an advantage
- Knowledge of drawing documentation and tolerances (GD&T, ISO GPS)
- Basic knowledge of working with 3D CAD models (e.g. Catia, NX, SolidWorks)
- Independence, diligence, team spirit
