Staff Member Work Planning and Purchasing (m/f/d)
What You'll Do
- You manage and optimize workflows in the manufacturing process
- You create and maintain production master data in the ERP system (e.g., bills of materials, work plans, operations)
- You will actively contribute to the analysis and optimization of production costs
- You create purchasing specifications in close coordination with Engineering, Sales, and Purchasing
- You participate in production planning meetings and ensure a smooth flow of information
- You will serve as the point of contact for customers during the manufacturing process and coordinate communication with Sales
- You prepare quotes and cost estimates based on customer specifications
- You will implement and manage the tool management system
- You ensure the availability of materials, tools, and fixtures
- You ensure compliance with quality requirements (e.g., in accordance with EN 9100)
- You will handle scheduling for quality assurance
- You will also manage the work planning and purchasing departments when needed

- You are a team player and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex tasks
What You Bring to the Table
- You have technical training, ideally with additional training to become a master craftsman or technician
- You have experience in the areas of work planning, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality assurance
- You are proficient in using ERP systems and managing production master data
- You work with precision and have a strong commitment to quality when handling technical products
