Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)
What You'll Do
- You operate measuring instruments, measuring devices, and measuring machines to perform mechanical quality inspections
- You prepare and review quality documentation
- You prepare initial sample inspection reports for our customers
- You perform incoming and outgoing goods inspections
- You prepare requests for special approvals and follow up on them
- You maintain measuring equipment and arrange for its calibration
- You will assist in processing and evaluating internal error reports and external complaints
- You will communicate with customers and the sales department regarding complaints
- You track open corrective actions and report regularly to the Quality Assurance management
- You manage the material flow from the identification of a defect through to the successful implementation of corrective actions
- You conduct training sessions in the areas of quality assurance and measurement technology and provide support for these sessions

What You Bring with you
- You have completed technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic, machining technician, or similar)
- Ideally, you have experience in quality assurance
- You are confident in using measuring instruments and reading technical drawings
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office
