Assembly and Sheet Metal Worker (m/f/d)
What You'll Do
- You will assemble components and projects according to drawings and technical specifications.
- You ensure that all necessary machines, equipment, and tools are ready for use.
- You’ll assist with sheet metal fabrication or machining to help manage peak workloads—including during shift work.
- You improve assembly processes by actively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You reliably implement quality requirements and ensure the required product and process quality.
- You consistently comply with safety, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.
- You assist in the creation and archiving of work instructions using computer systems.

- You carry out assembly processes efficiently, with a focus on quality, and independently.
- You reliably process production orders—whether in assembly, sheet metal fabrication, or machining.
- You identify opportunities for optimization and actively communicate them.
- You select appropriate tools and measuring equipment (in consultation with supervisors).
