We are a manufacturer of high-precision parts for the automotive industry. Our machine park includes several dozen CNC machines, automatic and semi-automatic machines, robots, feeders, etc., all equipped with electronics, robotics and much more.
What you do
- Collaboration on internal and customer projects
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of customer projects in production (with a focus on deadlines and budget)
- Recording, analyzing and improving production and non-production processes
- Close cooperation with production, design and customers
- Definition and evaluation of KPIs (e.g. OEE, scrap rate, lead time)
- Regular reporting of results to the management
What you bring with you
- Secondary school or university degree (preferably in a technical field)
- At least 2 years of experience in project or process management
- Communicative English or German language skills at level B2
- Knowledge of FMEA and lean production tools is a big advantage
- Driving license class B
- Independence, diligence, assertiveness and willingness to learn
