The Zukunftswerkstatt Rückenwind e. V. (ZWR) visited stoba with a group of 8 students to learn about our apprenticeships and gain a practical insight into our production.

The training tour will take place in Backnang on October 9, 2025 – and stoba will be there.
The training tour is designed to give young people from the 8th grade onwards the opportunity to gain exciting insights into various training companies and professions.
Participants travel in groups by bus from Backnang railroad station to the training companies.
I, Alice, am a second-year industrial clerk apprentice. Part of my activity in the Marketing & Communications department is to write articles like this one. Personally, I think the JAV is a very important body and I’m happy to be able to draw attention to it and its importance.
New projects, cultural exchange, personal development: a stay abroad has many benefits. Five of our trainees had this experience again this year. Lukas, Kevin (industrial mechanic apprenticeship) and Jamie-Lee (cutting machine operator apprenticeship) on a trip to Beijing with the Chinese-German Training Center (CDAB).
