A guest at stoba: Zukunftswerkstatt Rückenwind e. V.
Last week, the Backnang training department welcomed some special guests:
The Zukunftswerkstatt Rückenwind e. V. (ZWR) visited stoba with a group of 8 students to learn about our apprenticeships and gain a practical insight into our production.
ZWR is a non-profit organization from Backnang. Since 2003, they have been supporting children, young people and their families and helping where no one else feels responsible. The services offered include language and educational projects, counseling services and help in everyday life.
Insights into training and practice
The focus of the visit was an open exchange at eye level. In addition to a presentation of the apprenticeships on offer and everyday training, the participants were also given a tour of the production facility. They were able to experience industrial processes first-hand and ask numerous questions about training paths, job profiles and career opportunities.
For the students, the visit offered many practical insights as well as valuable orientation and impulses for their professional future.
Shaping prospects together
The visit once again highlighted how helpful cooperation between companies and social institutions is in showing young people career opportunities.
We would like to thank the Zukunftswerkstatt Rückenwind e. V. for the visit and the open, enriching exchange.
